Terms of Service

1. What OQIM Is

OQIM is an independent Telegram client with AI features ("Ziya"). It connects to Telegram's servers using the MTProto protocol on your behalf. OQIM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram FZ-LLC.

By using OQIM — whether the web app, desktop app, or any related services — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use OQIM.

2. Your Account

You authenticate through your existing Telegram account. OQIM does not create a separate account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram session. You agree not to share access to your OQIM session with others.

You must be at least 16 years old to use OQIM.

3. Free and Paid Plans

OQIM offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" plan. The free plan includes core Telegram features and limited AI actions. The Pro plan increases AI usage limits and unlocks additional capabilities. Current pricing and feature details are available at oqim.ai.

We may change pricing or features with 30 days' notice. Existing paid subscriptions will be honored through the current billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OQIM to violate any law or Telegram's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse OQIM's AI systems or infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with OQIM's services.
• Intentionally overload OQIM's servers or circumvent rate limits.
• Use OQIM's AI features to generate spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your OQIM Pro subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. AI Features (Ziya)

Ziya's AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on Ziya for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. OQIM provides AI assistance as-is, without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose.

AI features are subject to usage limits based on your plan. We may adjust these limits to ensure fair use and service stability.

7. Your Data

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all your content. OQIM does not claim any rights over your messages or data. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings.

8. Intellectual Property

OQIM, its design, AI features, and server-side systems are our intellectual property. "OQIM", "Ziya", and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

9. Service Availability

OQIM depends on Telegram's servers and third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

OQIM is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OQIM shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using OQIM at any time. You can delete your data and disconnect your Telegram session from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of OQIM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
