This document constitutes a public offer ("Offer") in accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sets forth the terms for the provision of OQIM services.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider grants the Customer access to the OQIM Service — an independent Telegram messenger client with artificial intelligence features. The Service is not a product of Telegram FZ-LLC and is not affiliated with it.

The Service includes: access to all Telegram features via the MTProto protocol, the AI assistant Ziya (message summarization, drafts, translation, search), priority chat sorting, and other features as described on the website.

3. Moment of Acceptance

The Offer is considered accepted from the moment the User first logs into the Service using a Telegram account. For paid services — from the moment of Subscription payment. Acceptance constitutes full agreement with all terms of the Offer.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered under two plans:

The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to the User. Price changes do not affect the current paid period.

5. Payment Procedure

Subscription payment is processed through payment systems available in the Service. The Subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period until cancelled by the User. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 (seven) calendar days from the initial payment if the User is not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact mirzosharif@oqim.ai. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current paid period.

9. AI Assistant Ziya

Ziya's responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain inaccuracies. The User bears sole responsibility for decisions made based on Ziya's responses. The Service Provider is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI responses.

10. Confidentiality

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer. The Telegram session remains on the User's device. Message content is processed only upon the User's request and is not stored on the Service Provider's servers.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, as it depends on Telegram servers and third-party AI providers. The maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their data through Settings. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access for violating the terms of the Offer. Upon account deletion, all User data is permanently erased.

13. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. Material changes take effect 14 days after notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
